Pine Hills is a community of Orlando. It was founded is 1952 and was a neighborhood filled with white residents, most of whom worked at Martin Marietta (Lockheed Martin). Evenings especially Friday nights were filled with cocktails parties. The area even had a community pool and golf course. As the 70's came, schools became desegrated and the neighborhood began to integrate. As more Black residents moved in, white flight began. This changed the landscape of the area forever. The 80's and 90's ushered in more immigrants from the Caribbean as well as New York. Now Pine Hills is one of the most diverse neighborhoods of Orlando. This brand is to celebrate this diversity, bring awareness to a great community and bring back the glory. Residents in this community care and have pride about where they're from. This Brand is its reflection.
